Like this strong Medic's face expression; he is wounded, he is tired, he is objectively in need of help and power protection - but he does not look like a typical victim, and in his case it's just, you know... something.
Nothing to be added to the... kinda brand new emotional status of this work, nothing to be deleted. That's may be simple - but it's perfect in this simplicity.
