8DDDD This is Katzenaugen(cat eyes), or just Katze(cat) for short. He's Eis' little cousin, and wishes to follow in his world dominating footsteps.

His father died in the war and his mom died after giving birth to him, so he was fathered by the only other family availible; the one and only Diamant. (Eis and Katze are like his iddy biddy sons whom he loves dearly)

Katze is only 10 but has far sights for the future. He is very smart, and seemed to be one of the few not affected by the virus released by the bomb.

Of course, many believe the virus has caused abnormally quick growth in his brain, causing him to be like a grown up stuck in a child's body. Either that, or he is, according to his school teacher, a devil reincarnated (he gives his teacher lotsa trouble)

He does like his candy though, and is uber proud of the streaks of white in his hair that make him look more matured (it's just hair dye though), and likes lipstick (oh noez Diamant, what have you done to him)

Last but not least, I dunno why there's a red sun in the background, he's not even Japanese. Ho hum~ <3
